I am fixing the oil leaks while I have the turbo and headers off.

I have oil leaks at the oil feed line both at the turbo and oil pressure brass block. My oil pressure gauge also hooks up to the brass block. I also have a leak at the turbo oil return drain pipe at the block.

From my search it is recommended to use a non hardening thread sealent with teflon paste.

What I found was Loctite 30561.
Will this work?

Will also be putting Loctite 518 Anaerobic sealent for the turbo oil return drain pipe.

Use teflon paste (sparingly) on your turbo feed & brass block NPT threads.

A very thin smear of Permatex Ultra Black is your friend. You can use this both on the turbo oil return line threads that go into the block & your turbo oil return line flange.
Be sure the ears (tabs) on your turbo's oil return line flange are flat & not bent & use a new gasket .

Works for me.

When you say Teflon paste is that the same as the kind used for plumbing?

Like this?

You should use a sealant on pipe threads, but the flare fittings like the supply line are a flare fitting and sealant is not used there.

The flare and the seat does the sealing, and if this mating surface in not proper, it will leak through the straight threads even with sealant.

Ultra Black on both sides of the drain gasket is also a good idea! :)

Thanks Nick. You will be receiving some pics of the GN soon for your Customer car section on your website.
