Vader,as far as I know you can not get a seal to replace the old ones.I've checked an spoken with several people with no luck. What I do is machine the hole bigger and put new seals in.The o.d. is bigger by about .035. Yogi

Jay recommends o-rings.....what do you think?

I went to Pep Boys and bought o-rings made by O-Tite. They work perfectly. I believe the ones I used were part# 64204 (I tried several sizes, so i'm hoping the pack i'm holding is the one I used) 1/8" width, 3/8 I.D., 5/8 O.D.

Yogi,

Were you able to find seals that are capable of handling the kind of pressures we put through these things? I could only find ones suitable for about 6-7 psi (low pressure grease seals)!

Jason: I didn't bother to mention that I have toyed with some awesome Teflon spring backed seals, but I had to machine a small spacer to get them to fit. The seals were like $13 @ piece and then with my machining work, it just wasn't worth it in the long run. I think you'll find that the o-rings will work well.
