Throttle body whistle with block off plate

Anybody using a throttle body block off plate and getting a whistle. Only hear it just cracking the throttle blade maybe a 1/8 inch. I can't verify its in the throttle body even with a scope.

I am curious - did you eliminate the PCV?

This happens on some of the earlier Mustang throttle bodies. It can be a bear to correct.

Mine did it. Didn't bother me. I think it was the throttle blade though.
