No one answered on the TTA forum so I'll try here. Can anyone tell me exactly how a tie-down strap is supposed to go on a TTA?
I had the directions, but lost them. I got the car back from a rebuild and the tie-down mechanism was digging into my A/C lines. The eye was also pointing towards the front of the car, and I remember that is wrong.
I need to know if the strap is supposed to go between the compressor and the A/Clines or outside the A/C lines. Can I bend the A/C lines without damaging them?
