time to upgrade from smc 2 alkycontrol

Mods r in sig, running 24lbs of boost, I contacted Steve at smc and he said new pumps did 90-100psi , mines doing 75-80psi. Car needs to be tuned but at 24lbs I was getting at most 1.0KR

my question is is this smc kit my weakest link right now? Other then the stock heads and cam

and should I go all out and get the dual nozzles

I plan on doing h/c by next year but rightnow I'd like to run 11.2 and trap in the 119+ range

Single kit is plenty for stock heads and cam. Unless your planning on going way past 30 PSI boost

Eventually I plan on going champion potted ions and a roller cam at about 26psi with a goal of 600whp. Is a single good enough for just that too?

Probably not. But dont overnozzle your situation. Meaning when you do the heads and cam.. then work up on your tuning.. then go to the twin setup. meaning you wont need a twin nozzle for 20 PSI boost. But at 26... hard to tell. One thing for sure, a twin nozzle on a setup that definetely doesnt need it creates more problems than it solves. I get plenty of calls "it sprays too much", followed by I turn all the system knobs down.. followed by now the system is lazy making pressure.

Start on a single and see how far it takes you. Once the Gain is on 8 and you still see .5-1.0 degree knock in high gear... then go to the twin.

Ok I get it so ur saying it's kind of like if u have a twin but don't need that much alky it won't spray right and bc it's trickling out of the nozzles ...

So do u think my alky kit is the weak like right now? Or so u think it fine till I get h/c? It ur kit will honestly let me run more boost or more timing then this smc kit right now I'll buy ur kit this weak

My single nozzle kit will put out over 170 PSI. That will support your current situation no problem.

At 75-80 PSI.. your too weak to support what your trying to do.
