Don't know why it can't be done. I ran 11.90's on mine when I had it.

I ran 7.05 @ 99 mph (1/8 mile) with a mod D5, T63E and a big neck stock I/C.

Times are in sig. I haven't ran the car with the converter locked yet, but It should go 11.70's - 11.80's once I do. It's a D5 with a 2,800 stall.

Thats with a Te-44, stock IC with bigger neck.

Running a stock unmodified D5 with TE-44 turbo, and an Eastern Front mount Intercooler I have run 11.38 and a best mph of 120.25 (seperate runs). This is a full weight car with a full weight driver and locking the converter as soon as it hits second gear. I even ran a few 1.50 short times but it was hard to launch it consistently.
