Multi key slots are for retarding and advancing the cam. Stock cam just line the marks and rock on. Do some research
I do appreciate your reply, but I am trying to do some research by asking anyone of why and how would these different key slots help in retarding and advancing the cam, and in my case a stock engine. Is there any place to find out of where or who might have additional info on multi key slots on a crankshaft gear?
Would this benefit a stock engine, or just benefit a aftermarket cam installation? Thanks
