timing chain tensioner

does anyone know where to get timing chain tensioners? None of the auto parts around my area can even get them for some reason

If your talking about the cam button. I got mine at the local parts store. It was a melling part and they had one in stock. I just saw a post that Ramchargers has a special on them.

i just got a new needle bearing cam button, i just couldn't find a new tensioner, and mine is shot
