timing?

What timing can I run above 15lbs and over 4000rpm? I have a FAst so I can put it any where. Also, will timing change turbo spool up? thanks

'87 GN. 63E,ported irons, PTE stock location, 60lb. inj., 3500 stall, built 200R4,212? cam,THDP, hooker ex,FAST, your alky. Running 25lbs of boost right now. 4400' above sea level, full weight car. 109,girdled and capped.I believe low 11 high 10's. Ran those #s years ago with less technology.
