Timing

Help me get this straight do I pull the cam sensor when I'm ready to spin the crank and do I set the crank TDC on compression stroke or is it 25 degrees ATDC what's the best way to do this for a dummy like myself? Lol

Thanks bro, I finished it up yesterday I left it out set the crank put the cam sensor back in an it wouldn't start I turned it counter clockwise and it fired up
