Tlink Map Readings

Yesterday morning while testing the car all readings were normal
my regular tps,rpm, boost #'s. This morning the tps,rpm are the same but the boost is only half. The car runs fine is there anyway to check the map sensor? I will check the boost lines later again it was dark this morming.

Use a voltmeter between the center terminal on the MAP and a good ground.

With key on and car not running, the voltage should be somewhere around 1.3-1.6 volts (if you have the correct 3 BAR MAP).

Thanks Ken, the line to the map sensor had a pinch on it maybe it threw off the readings. Since i straightened the line out the boost readings are back to normal on tlink. Does this make any sense? While out testing this stang(88 body style) wanted to race i smoked him.

Yep, makes perfect sense ... the sensor wasn't getting full line pressure.
