A few questions now that my new Tlink is telling me my car is FUBAR.

I am getting the following malf codes:
32 EGR diag
34 MAF sensor low
41 Cam sensor failure
13 O2 open
22 TPS low

My readings are as follows:
IDLE:
TPS .76
O2v 379-461
Maf 9G/S
Xcounts 13-17
BLM 127
ESC 11 no matter what!

While driving (which I will not do again until this is fixed!) 3050 RPM
TPS 1.12
O2v 660
MAF 20
XCNT 6
ESC UP TO 68!!!!!!!!!!!

Obviously I have a sensor, or bunch of sensors bad or maladjusted, but where do you start? Obviously TPS setting is bad, but will one maladjusted sensor snowball and set off other codes/issues?

I have the following possible problems (or so it says in Tlink help)
EGR control solenoid
EGR valve
MAF sensor
Cam sensor
TPS
O2 sensor

What should I start with first? I already have a new O2 sensor to install, the TPS should just need to be reset, but have no idea how.

The cam sensor either needs to be adjusted or replaced, which is $216!!!

ARRGH!!! Someone please point me in the right direction so I don’t spend way too much money replacing everything. What should be the order of checks/adjustments/replacements?

Try another chip first. My chips are telling me the same thing, but read fine with the old chip. I was even getting a code 55 water injection failure. Makes sense I guess since the water injection never was installed on these cars.......lol

Thanks! I was planning on getting a new chip if I do not find out what this one is. I have the posting in the chip forum about the smiley face chip. I did find the Prom ID, did a search, but found no info. I would like to know what that chip is, and also find out if I have non-stock injectors. I am a bit overwhelmed, mainly because I don't have a lot of time. I need to pull an injector out and find out what kind I have, ID the chip, reset the ECM, adjust the cam sensor and TPS, then see if the codes are still present for O2, EGR, MAF, etc. The MAF is probably coding out because of the junky cold air the car has. Black PVC mated to the MAF, flex hose clamped on it, die-grinded PVC on the throttle body to mate them, etc. I should probably go ahead and order a good big mouth cold air setup or something solid so I don't have to worry about leaks.

Oh well, we'll see what happens. Thanks for the advice and reply, I'll definately post results if I ever get a little time to work on the car.

Well I reset the ECM, cleared the codes, ran the car at 1400 RPM for two minutes and the O2 fault came back. I did the check, "disconnect purple wires, ground it, check scan volts" and it said the connection, or the sensor was bad. I swapped out the sensor, but the code came back. I checked the voltage coming from the ECM which was under 300 mv, meaning the purple wire from ECM to sensor is open, or the ECM is bad. What are the chances of this? I still have to correct a cam sensor fault, MAF fault, and TPS fault. These did not come up again when I idled for 2 mins, but the car still runs like sh@#.

Will the TPS or MAF or Cam sensor make these false issues, or could it be the unknown chip?
