so i will ask why?with methanol injection or e85 why go through the trouble.if you want to run race gas just get a fuel cell.its lighter and holds less gas= more weight loss.or you could have 2 seperate tanks and just throw a switch
How do you get the two individual fuels to return back to their own tanks? Solenoid valves?

Two tanks? Dual pumps? Added wires and switches? Y-fittings? Redundant fuel lines? Cross contamination?

Oh hell no!

Drain plug or pumping fuel out at the rail will both work just fine.

Alot of things work just throwing it out there.

Sure.your doing it now as your methanol injection is a separate fuel system with all the electronics fitting and pump.there are guys that do the same for race gas mainly for the use of nitrous but you can set it up any way one desires.

Very good point!

But it would still take some very creative plumbing and electrical work to have an alternate fuel swap take place through the injectors.

Av gas:
100 octane low lead
Have run it in 2 stroke premix and 4 stroke race bikes for decades at the track and sand dunes

Last purchase was right before thanksgiving and was about 6 bux a gallon

Welcome to the 70's... ;)

Drain valve is easiest but I'd want a 3/8" ball valve (right angle for low profile) and it would have to be brazed flush with the lowest point of the tank or you will still have cross contamination.

No tapped threads or soldering for that fitting.

Just my .02 on rethinking it.

That sounds like a lot of work, aggravation, and a shit ton of money. Just sayin.....
