Tomorrow on Pinks

That Camaro was a beast. They were yelling at the end of the show "we are going to sell it!" so maybe you can get it back.

The episode before that one, the one with the two Mustangs. That chic driver was sort of hot. :biggrin:

.... he told me that he was going to Heartland Park Topeka on Saturday and was going to be racing on Pinks against an unknown competitor. He said the car made 600hp on motor and has a 400hp shot on it. He showed me slips for 10.80-11.00 on motor only. The guy said on the spray it runs 8.60's. I may try to get up there Saturday and watch...kinda neat to talk to a guy that might loose his ride this weekend.

Yup, this weekend they will be at Heartland park. I will be working so i cant go, but really i dont think it'll be a super big event that'll be really cool. Either way it would be a good experience.

I wonder how his car will do. But damn a 400 shot...lord!

SANDBAGGING. The Camaro was clearly a faster car & if it didn't have problems on that last run probally would be the winner. Oh Well, that's racing.

That is the reason I don't watch Pinks.

They use people instead of the tree which causes confussion like that one race they called a tie. Then it's so hard to tell whos sand bagging and whos not. It's also like some kind of X games race where they mix bracket Racing with heads up racing with a dash of drama. I guess it wouldn't be much of a hit if it was anything like a real straight up bracket race. I go back to my old streeting rules for heads up, you run what you brung and hope you brung enough


As for the chic in the stangs, yuppers, she's a cutie for sure

I just pulled a guy over for no trailer lights on his rig and on the back was a race Nova with Yenko badges. I got to talking to the guy while he was trying to get the lights working and he started to tell me that he just got back from our local track trying to shake down his car for this weekend. its something thats been happening on the show for a while now. it seems the last races dosnt seem to be always fair. it also seems more and more that the guys get forced into races when they dont want to. lets look at this.

what the mustang got 2 cars or a car and a half and the camaro beat it. the next race I dont remember. what i do remember if that the mustang got 4 cars and the camaro nearly beat him, he ran him down to under half a car. so how was the last race at 1.5 cars fair?? even though they said it was?? yes the camaro spun and lost, kinda looked like something broke to me, but if it hadnt it would have whipped the mustang.

Well, tonight the crew from Pinks came in. I work at a resturant in Topeka, and i talked to Rich Christensen (or how ever you spell his name) and he said they will be tapping 3 episodes here in Topeka, tomorrow at Heartland Park Topeka. Seemed like a really nice guy.

Also, a guy who i work with said his brothers Vega will be on there. The guy i work with was the crew's waiter and they said they heard a Vega was gonna be there.
