Took the car to the art museum today for some photos! One of the best places in Philly to get some cool pics of your car! I took it there awhile back but since I've added new springs, shocks, air bags, and widend rims with some Nitto drag radials! Enjoy! :)

ART MUSEUM TRIP

gorgeous car and great backdrop for the photos, i liked the old set as well.

Mark: Burnouts are comming soon. Those Nitto's are still fresh! Only a few chirps on em! :) I have another set of GN rims I think I'll put some stock tires on and have a little fun with for the camera. There is always THIS video of my car and Nick's smokin em up! This was in December I think. I'm on the right. Next time I'll be careful to watch what way the wind blows when doing a dual burnout with someone!
JD: Thanks for the compliments! You need to take a road trip and bring that good looking GN of yours up here and we'll take some pictures of both of them up there! :)

Check out my thread about you:

On 8/19/04 you said you would send me my money. That was the last email even though I have tried to contact you via email and PM on this site since then.

I'm gona be posting on your posts until you resolve this issue with me.

It would be so simple for you to resolve this by sending me the louzy $41.50 I sent for the first module on ebay. Then I would send you back the two paper weights you sent me. At my cost no less.

Well I cheated :) The rims are widened 15x8.5's and a 1/4" spacer. With the springs and airbags it just clears! :)

haha, nice looks good was it like that at hooters last week? if so, i guess i didnt notice....

I run 275/60s/15 nittos on my GN on stock rims and no spacers. If i was being playful and slid the back out the tires would rub a bit and put a damper on the fun, but after my airbag install all is well. 60s should fit better than 50s as they are taller and don't bulge out as much as the 50s. You should be able to run 60s on all the stock stuff, but a spacer may give you just enough to not ever worry about rubbing.

Hey Jim-

Beautiful car! What a cool place to take it for pictures. I too, have saved them onto my computer.

I checked out your website. I was noticing your before and after shots and was wondering if you had the car painted?

I just purchased another GN and it is a T-top car also. I am going to get it painted in a few months and was wondering about the T-tops themselves. Did you have the outer trim on the T-tops painted?

If they aren't painted, is there a trick to keep them looking nice. I think its cool when folks don't immediately know it is a T-top car when they see it. That trim piece should look like the rest of the car.

Just wondering because they look really nice in your pics!;)

Thanks INTERCOOLED! :) The car was painted in 2000 from what I gather from the last owner. It need some major buffing and wax when I got it. So after a year of hitting it with the buffer from time to time it came up pretty good. The T-tops were just painted by my body shop. I had him make up a batch of 19 black and and sand and paint them. I too think a t-top car from the side or quick glance should look like a hardtop car and I think I got that with the results. I'm happy with it. Seems like they came with a satin finish from the factory. If your local I can hook you up with my paint shop! Thanks again for the compliments! :)

Jim-

Thanks for the helpful info. I would take you up on your offer, but I am in Texas. So, unless you have a traveling body guy, I guess that I have to pass.

Once again, the car looks great. I will, however, take your advice on my T-tops when the car is painted.

Thank again!:)
