Doesn't look photochopped to me. It does look like something that would come from the factory though with that stock appearing downpipe with the 2nd neck option. Wonder how it goes into the intercooler?
I don't think that's photoshopped either. If you look at the forward turbo, one of the bolts to the DP is missing, whereas the aft turbo has both bolts to the DP. Don't think that was chopped out.
More photoshopping
This is my dad's latest project. He says he has been working on the idea for about ten years. The project cost is next to nothing compared to a T-76 BB turbo. There will be less than half the cost of a BB76 into the whole thing. He has built everything in the garage himself. The last project was a twin turbocharged 355FI Ferrari that was installed in a 288 GTO. This is just a prototype to see if it all works. If there is a lag problem he'll just spray it! If this works as planned, then he'll start making kits available. He originally planned on not using any intercooler due to the use of dual fuel. Stock injectors or MSD 50'd will be used and then the methanol will take over from there. There is a completly adjustable methanol system with 6 nozzles under the fabricated plenum. The twin throttle bodies were chosen due to cost. One is a GN one the other came of a Century 3.8. And besides he's CHEAP! ( I otta know!) The intake and heads have a ton of work on them involving welding, more welding and then lots of epoxy! All the intercooler tubing is fabbed from thin wall 321 stainless bought through an aircraft surplus store. Hope this clears things up. He has been involved in Turbo Buicks for 14+ years, and has built 5,000+ hp gasoline racing engines but that's another topic for later.
Sorry if some pictures show up and don't. They do sometimes and don't some other times. If anyone has any other way to post pictures better let me know. Imagestation doesn't seem to work really well on this forum.
