torbonetics turbos

hey guys,
I was wondering if anyone has these stage III ball bearing turbos that turbonetics offers? If so can you give me some more info on them, like what can i expect out of it, and what mods are recomended to have along with it? Do they spool up faster than other turbos? Are they worth the 1500 bucks they want for them. Just looking for some educated feedback? Thanks, Nick

Nick, they are good turbos. i have a non bb stage3 which is like a 44 turbo perfromance wise. i've gone 117 mph in the quarter with one. call Jack Cotton 1-413-789-0531. hes a dealer for turbonetics and innovative turbos and has a wealth of knowledge about them.

what is the te equivilant? te60?. it is a great turbo.

Easiest way to ID a Stage xx Turbo would be to measure the diameter of the inlet on the comp housing.

Stage IV has a 2 3/4" inlet.

Stage V has a 4" inlet.

The closest match would be a TE60. Basically it's a 60-1 HiFi comp side and a Stage III turbine side.
