my brother was on 91 in springfield rt by the basketball hall of fame...he got some sweet video of it coming across the front of the car, although at the time he probably didnt thk it was that sweet

The conversation between the he two guys in the youtube video was hilarious.

At any moment I expected Jeff Spicoli to say "Relax, all right? My old man is a television repairman, he's got this ultimate set of tools. I can fix it."

I know it's a bad situation all around, but I couldn't help but laugh when he said "Dude keep an eye on it, I don't want it creeping up behind us."

That is not to far from Jack's place.

Jack did you have any damage ?

it seemed to hover around it destroying everything but his shop....no damage to the cars or the shop..dont know how tho

I just spoke with Jack a few minutes ago and he said that the tornado came down very close to his shop but miraculously, no one got hurt and there was no damage done to the shop or ANY of the customers vehicles that were parked outside at the time. Lots of downed trees and power lines in the area though ...Jack said that the whole thing lasted for about a minute, not more...It could've been a lot worse, but luckily, everyone made it ok!
Jack said he happened to be in Springfield in his pickup truck when the tornado struck, and seeing that, he hurried back to the shop as quickly as possible, but had to make several detours due to downed power lines, debris and trees that were blocking the way. When he got there, he found Brian and Gerry standing in the middle of the street in front of the shop, assessing the damage and looking in disbelief at all the debris scattered all over the place...They both reacted quickly when the tornado struck, and ran to close all the doors to prevent the wind from entering the shop and possibly doing some big damage, like tearing the roof off the building, etc, etc... It must've been quite scary!
And today, it's cleanup time, everyone's ok and it's "business as usual"!

Claude.
