Torque converter for TH400

Need a converter for my th400, i want to make sure what i get has anti-ballooning plates, looking for 2800- 3000stall, the car gas a TA33 turbo, hot air on e85.

Are there venders that build them for our cars? Recommendations?

I am on a budget, its not gonna be the fastest car, ive even looked at summitracing but decided to check with venders first.
