I tried doing a search but found nothing solid. I need a good torque convertor for my car. Im running a PT6176 DBB P-Trim turbo from full throttle. At highway speeds it spools pretty quick but from the hole it actually slowed my 60' time from the stock turbo (1.8 to a 2.3). I believe I need a 3K stall. What do you guys recommend? The trans I will put on will also have a stage right trans brake. And if I get a 3,200 stall will I loose power? I have a stock d5 re-stalled to about 2800 I havent put in yet, is this good enough for now? Im looking in the used section but not sure which "brand" to buy. Car is 75% track/25% street. Dont car about gas milage. I would like to go with a lock up unless you guys advise otherwise. Thanks!

The restalled D5 "should" work with that turbo. You will probably be on the range of blowing through it though. I can spool a GTQ67 with a 2800:eek: I would go with a quality 3000 when you do upgrade...

So ,on a street car,2800 stall could work with say,a 67bb turbo??.After I tune my present combo for a year,I was looking ahead.Possible,or too much lag??Just want it to be fun, thanks

A tight 10" would probably do the trick.
