Torque on pan bolts

I'm getting ready to replace the filter and fluid in my transmission and need to know what to torque the bolts to.
No aftermarket pan, just the original factory.
Got what seems to be a nice filter and gasket from Advance. The gasket is rubber and not cork. I assuming that the rubber will be better than cork. Also do I need to use any sealant? I'm thinking not, but thought I would ask.
