Torque spec for flexplate to converter bolts?

My opinion is that you should torque them to specs and use thread lock. Converter bolts are one of the more common to loosen up.

Blue Loctite on clean threads and as hard as you can pull with a 15 mm combination wrench.

did it over...red loctite and 46 ft lb...all wrapped up and just dumped fluid in...so far no leeks.
