Torque specs for arp bolts and stock flexplate

What should I torque arp bolts to, with a stock flexplate ? Thanks

ARP 100-2901 (7/16-20 X .625) - 75 ft lbs using ARP lube. I used a drop of oil on threads and under bolt head and torqued to 80 ft lbs.

Are you using loctite on the bolts ?
