After calling the company I had ordered my Hooker cat back from over a month ago and finding out it was still on order, the salesman mentioned the Torque Tech system. I've read all the posts on this system I can find. I think I'll go with it although it is a bit more expensive. I really like how the Y is right at the cat flange so that there is no point in the system where the entire exhaust is forced through a single pipe.

Anyways, does anyone have any experience with this system? I really didn't find much in a search. Its all ATR and Hooker. Thanks.

i have my 3in torq tech cat back exhaust system for 4 years looks and sounds great except i have no cat . i use an atr 3in straight pipe instead of a cat . that is up to you. i would recommend this system it bolts wright up and looks stock.

Cool. I wasn't planning on running a cat either. Ceramic-coated 3.5" THDP and a 3.5" test pipe/dump tube with an electric cutout. Should work. ;)

I've had a TT system on my car for a couple of years. My only complaint is that it really needs more attachment points underneath. There's a LOT of weight being supported by the little L-brackets they give you back at the mufflers. But, if you look up under the car there really isn't anywhere else to hook up. It fits great and sounds nice, but next time I'm going with a 3" single, stock-location muffler system. Hanging 2 mufflers under there is a pain in the butt. I have to tuck them back up there every once in a while. Mine's not welded, either, though.

It's not stainless steel or I would buy one. :(

Might be an issue up in Canada???

Didn't know about the attachment points. My Kenne-Bell dual 2 1/2" sagged big time without the two muffler hangers on it. It was only held up by the cat. and two back hangers. I agree you need the extra attachment points.

I don't drive it in the rain much less the snow with ET Streets out back. Aluminized products are supposed to be very durable anyways.

I hope to fit it all up myself and then take it to a muffler shop to have it welded afterwards. Perhaps that will help with any sagging.

i have no sagging problems with mine the tail pipes should have a pick up point for that problem my system is solid as arock simple bolt up. yes mine is also welded.

I'm pleased with my ATR 2 1/2" stainless, but it does drone. I'm considering an electric cutout & some means of reducing the drone.
A buddy turned his fastest times last time at the track with the same setup & he left the dump closed.
