Im putting ported steel o-ringed iron heads back on 3.8 block 252 with studs, what should I torque to,and with what lubes on the nut and washer? The motor is roller218-212,1.6 roller rockers.

With studs I would torque the nuts to 75ft. lbs. Use ARP lube on both sides of the washer and on the stud threads. Just use Teflon pipe sealant on the block side of the studs. (been using this for 20+ years and have never had one leak) Run a thread chaser through the block threads first. The studs should spin into the block freely.
