hello people; Any of you Turbo heads watch it? I have some but I want to know more info. on the teams chase cars. You know the ones with all the bikes on there roofs. There mostly wagons and I think they might be VW but I'm not sure.

Depends on the team and their sponsors. Sky uses Jag, Garmin uses Audi, Tinkoff/Saxo uses BMW.

hello; From what I saw there all wagons is that correct? I've always liked wagons and if I had more money I saw a new Volvo that looks real nice to me.
But if any of you ride a pedal bike you kinda know what those riders are going thru times 100.

Yep, pretty much all the teams use wagons as chase cars. Small, tight European roads dictate that. In the US, some small teams still use vans, but the big dogs use pretty much that same cars as they use in Europe (again, team sponsorship).

Multi-day stage races will kick your butt and I never did one that lasted more than 3 days/4 stages. I gave up bike racing many years ago. Quit before I got really hurt, so I escaped with just a few broke bones and road rash scars. Besides, I couldn't break through to CAT 2 on the road bike or out of Expert (now considered CAT 1) on a mountain bike. I don't even do local races any longer, I just ride for enjoyment. I did enjoy mountain bike racing much more than the road. I wouldn't mind doing some paid support, multi-day tours with the kids when they get older and handle a bike better.
