If its the wire at the connector you need a weatherpack connector remover like this one that lisle makes http://www.handsontools.com/store/show_product/?product_id=2481 then just insert the tool and it pushes out the terminal to install after you either solder the wire on or replace the terminal just push the wire back in the connector .
