tracks near Fayetteville, AR

Subject line pretty much says it all. What are the closest tracks to the Univ. of Arkansas in Fayetteville? I know Tulsa, OK, has a track that's about 120 miles away, but is there anything closer? Thanks.

I'm in Fayetteville, let's get together sometime, there are a couple more TB's in the area!! Haven't met them yet tho, just on here..

There is a 1000' track at Centerville, AR., approximaly 120 miles southeast of Fayetteville. To get to the track you can run the pigtrail (Hwy 23) south from Fayetteville to I-40 then east to Russellville then south on Hwy 7 to Centerville, or take I-540 south to I-40 then east to Russellville....

Track opens Saturday afternoon at 4:30 and runs to ?, then opens Sunday around 1 pm and runs til ?.

Some of my friends went to Centerville last weekend..ran 11.5x in a turbo diesel v8 ford extended cab 4x4 TRUCK!!!
I just put a full M4 exhaust, Power Commander 2, and slammed my Gix750 so I can take it down there and drag...let me know if you guys wanna get together here sometime and cruise or go to the track or something...haven't seen any TB's since I've been here but I know of atleast 3 guys on this site that are local!! We should definently get together sometime!! peace

Whoa, Frank, I'm not there, I'm still in MD . Just thinking of visiting and wondered what was around - from the map it looks pretty bleak. So Centerville is 120 miles, for a 1000' track, and Tulsa is 120 miles for a full 1320', and that's it? Big sigh.

Yeah, kinda sux for tracks here in Arkansas...

We have TWO 1000' tracks right now, one in Centerville and one in Prescott. Closest 1/4 mile track is Memphis Motorsports Park which is about 2 1/2 hours away from me.

Tulsa, Oklahoma has a newly rehabed 1/4 track and is a IHRA sactioned track. 90-100 miles west of Rogers. The track has a website.

There is a small airstrip down here below my house at Greenville (3 miles south of Fayetteville at most) and I hear you can buy some good gas there, not sure what tho...lets get together sometime~!!

Hey there,
We are going there tonight for our "Bike Night" meet and I will find out exactly what they have and for how much..it's right on 71south..can't miss it, after you cross 6th street and then 15th street just go another mile or 2 and you'll enter Greenland...on the left is the strip and they have an Airplane Museum there also. Let me know if you want to meet up sometime!! I'm running open exhaust on this thing right now..can't miss it!

Please check in to what they have and is it a 1/4 mile track or what? My car is not race ready yet and I need new injectors. I need way more fuel than what I have. I would love to get together sometime. BTW, are you racing the GN tonight.
