Tranmissions cable stretched?

How can I tell if my TCC cable is stretched or needs replacement?

Tranny was recently rebuilt and it's near the last notch.
Tranny feels okay, but I would like to make it shift a bit harder now that I'm not using the car as my daily driver.
I'm afraid to move the cable since it appears to be at its max.
Any thoughts?
