Doing my spring refresh. Read the add grrrr to the T Type ... Use type f fluid. My part guy freaked when I told him I'm gonna use it in my turbo car. What do the experts say? My 86 has 40k miles. Type f or dextron III?: confused:

Both will work fine. If not going synthetic, I'd do the F

type f contains friction modifiers that reduce clutch pack slip time during clutch application.
