Allright, Im pretty sure I know the answer to this question, but I thought that I would ask the experts first.
So I finally got my ECM problem fixed and I took my car out for a drive for the first time since last week. I drove it for a half a mile or so and then mashed it from a stop (hey, might as well get to the point right?). It seemd to accelerate like normal but on the 1-2 shift, my rpms flared from 4500 to 5500 for about a second before it shifted. Usually this is a pretty solid shift. Im pretty sure that it has a shift kit in it. This caused some false nock at about 35.5 degrees and 900mv on the O2. So I layed off of it for a little while. During this time I noticed that all of my shifts were pretty soft. After some driving, I floored it again from a rolling start. Again, the same thing. There are NO specks in the fluid and it doesnt smell burnt. Its probably clean because I had my torque converter replaced no more than a month ago.
Is my tannie needing rebuilt or replaced?
Thanks,
