tranny filter

I was told i have to crimp the tranny filter on my 200r4. Just wondering if someone knew what i had to do or had an article explaining what to do?

Where the metal lower portion of the filter is crimped to the upper plastic portion...that is what you go back over and make sure it is crimped down to avoid it pulling air in or unfiltered fluid.
