Tranny has gone crazy..Help!

The last few times i've drove my car it has been flaring a little on the shifts. It has 88K miles on it so I decided to change the filter and fluid. There was no metal in the pan so i put it back together with a new filter and didn't flush everything else.

It still has the flare problem and when we went to the track this weekend the car started acting real goofy. On one pass it wouldn't shift from low gear unless you let off the throttle.

Then on the way home the lockup started acting weird. It locks up all the time like you are cutting the switch on and off constantly.

Any Ideas?
