Tranny Removal with SLIC

When removing tranny with a stretched SLIC can you let the engine hang on the mounts and leave the intercooler installed.It looks like it might touch the sway bar,and would this be ok also.Thanks in advance

I changed a few transmissions and touched nothing in the engine compartment. All the cars that I have done had stock location stretch intercoolers
