Trans Brake& 2 Step??

Anyone can tell me what, where, and how to install, or get a trans brake. Im running TH350 so i think a 2 Step may not apply, and info, or advice will be welcome!

I need a Trans break, and 2Step for a TH350, and i just want info on how they work, not just on my GN, but i have a 2002 LQ4 im working on!
