trans has no drive brf 2004r

I put the trans in drive and nothing, slips. When i drop it into low one and shift from there kinda ok. Any ideals

Fluid level Ok? Filter?
A Pressure test will help diagnose what's wrong. Port above Shift Shaft lever. 0-300psi test kit.
