trans ID?

I bought a engine and trans and today I separated them and found the ID tag on the trans it says ATAF,24209639,SN 10-0270-151. I had asked the seller twice about it being a BGF trans and was suppost to be. There is a delco reman sticker if that makes a difference? I think Ive been took

I guess i should make the question a little clearer. does my trans have the good valve body? What is the trans from if the trans is a reman could the numbers be different and still be a BRF trans?I want to be sure before talking to the seller.

you can tell what valve body it is by dropping the pan, it has painted on markings on it that identify it.. it is on the driver side, by the shifter linkage.. if you see BR on it, then you have a 86 or 87 turbo buick valve body.
