What are the common denominator(s) that will keep the 2004R together in a 9-10 second car WITHOUT billet parts??
Is it the clearances, type parts used, "secret" modifications to the stock parts, etc...??
I read post where 3500-3600 + pound cars running in the high nines, low tens, with the stock 2004R without the highly desired billet parts? Is that possible?

I'm going to venture out and say no way is anybody going 9s or even reliable 10s with no billet parts. But maybe some of the vendors have a different idea.
 
Board member geno is running hi 9's with no billet parts in a 200r4.Id say its luck;)
 
Has anyone run into the 9's without billet parts? Yes! Can you do it constanly with any long distance durability? No! I know guys shooting a 250 shot of nitrous on a stock motor too, but would not try that on a long term basis.
