Local friend had tranny rebuilt but car seems to need more pressure. When
TV cable is pulled all the way back, it's great. When it's at stock setting,
seems to slip and gets 2-3 hesitation and/or flare. How can we get more
pressure out of the tranny when the TV cable is at it's tightest setting before it
clicks back? Is there any simple part we can install like a shim or something?

I'll let you know when I take mine apart, it's a little sloppy on the 2-3 shift at part throttle but great at WOT. I have a built trans on standby, but I'm going to drop the valve body on this one and check the throttle valve/bore.

using our recalibration kit and 200 page 2004r manual will be the basis for you to eliminate flair shifting and low pressure problems.i know you guys are tired of hearing me plug the manual but if you had a copy you can dive in without being afriad and also learn something along the way.dual feed the direct clutch is the only way to keep it alive at hi power levels.
