Trans stacking shifts/not unlocking

I just had installed a rebuilt 2004r in my
car and when the trans gets hot it upshifts fast stacking the gears locking up in 2nd and doesn't like to down shift or unlock. My other trans did the same. This trans is a different unit. Could I have an external electrical problem? This is one of the reasons I replaced the trans. Any help would be great

I am no tranny expert, but if you want to eliminate all possible electrical aspects, simply crawl under the drivers side of the car and pull the four pronged plug from the side of the transmission case.


this is the TCC solenoid plug, this will just prevent your lockup from engaging.

won't hurt to try.
