I've had my daily driver 87 GN for about 3 years. It's mostly stock and came with a Conley chip. I've tried the Red's 92 and Thrasher and they've all run the same. When I replaced my maf this year I decided to bite the bullet and get the LT1 maf and Translater +, but still ran the Conley chip. Recently I opted for the extender chip. When I installed it I thought there must be something wrong because it idled and accelerated much too smoothly. The butt dyno said the power was there but it's a notorious liar. Still, I decided the driveability was so good if it ran anywhere close to the other chips I would keep it. Fortunately I was able to test the extender in identical conditions to my runs a week earlier. I was more than thrilled by the .28 et and 1.6 mph improvement over the other chips. If I could have gotten more bite with the street tires it would have been even better. I highly recommend the LT1 maf, translater +, extender chip combo.
