well i installed my janis/ck stage 2 full billet roller tranny and went to put in the drive shaft and found that it kept hitting the pinion yoke couldnt slide it forward to attach to rear. called janis and he told me to look down the slip yoke and see if the splines are twisted. well sure enough the first 3.5 inches were twisted a good bit. the last 1 inch were straight. always something with these cars.

hey brian, i have a driveshaft. ed z
wow ed thanks but i went to island and got a new slip yoke. going to get a aluminum next year. going with axles and rear disc brakes need to slow her down faster and safer. what did you run this year?

You can get new slip yokes pretty cheap: thanks for the tip
