Rpms run up to around 3300 before shifting into 2nd. I have tried adjusting the TV cable. The cable does not adjust correctly on its own. I have manually adjusted to several different positions and it does not make a difference. Someone mentioned to me that the spring may have come off in the governor and that the repair has something to do with installing a plastic screw in to something. Any info would be much appreciated. Fluid condition looks and smells ok, also full.
