as Cody mentioned Dave is very reputable and an asset to the community , if you are looking for a rebuild and especially for a performance rebuild he is your guy. Also if you have a local guy to rebuild for you Dave has all the parts from stock to upgrades listed for sale on his website with thorough descriptions of what you are buying & why as well as some excellent technical and diagnostic information about 4t65e trannys

If you are looking for used generally you would buy it locally to you to save on shipping costs , if you can find a 3800 forum based near you ( grand prix would be most likely) you can probably find the guys close to you that keep the locals supplied. If you were in New England that would be me LOL lots of guys on the local forum with my used trannys - I get anywhere from $175-375 depending on miles and if they trade me a core with a good HD diff/shaft/cover or not

you could also try car-part.com ( the dash is important , no dash different site ):wink: put in your zip code and it will list the 4t65e-hd's available through local auto recyclers.
