Trim Help!

So, bought a regal for a project, making a GNX clone and the trim on the car right now is chrome so i need to paint it. anyone know a good way of taking the trim from the windows without breaking or bending them.

Go to your local auto parts store. They should have a trim removal tool. Fairly cheap and worth the money.

Yes you need the trim tool. If the chrome is in good shape you are sitting on money. I located NOS chrome trim for the front and its probably $500.

its a pain in the A$$, expect to break a few clips on the way...just take ur time, and what ever you do..DO NOT force the trim pieces. I just did all mine last week. And of course i broke a few plastic tabs....

my T has the chrome trim package as well. Im gonna black it you so maybe i should sell it rather than paint it. I know i will sell the headlight bezels, grill, and bumpers. Where can you by black window trim?
