Here is a PL file if just driving around the block.'
The INT keeps pulling fule out but the WB seems to show it is still too lean for E85?

Plus when it was just idling, the injector DC ran up to 18% couple times??

Weird.

I just want to make sure I'm close before putting boost to it.

looks like i have a bad crank sensor now. The PL recorded RPM's over 19k!

maybe that caused the injector DS to spike?

Bob, I'd love to answer your question but unfortunately i cant. But, are you considering your A/F for a gas gauge or an E85 gauge?

OK, is that what your basing your E85 A/F off of that you think it's high?

Update...

I took the ECM apart and really cleaned up the PL connector. Did not seem to help.

I then zip tied the PL against the ECM. 3 zip ties long ways around the ECM going between the big connectors to better hold the powerlogger in place.

Seems like this is working.

Did a little test and tune with only 20lbs boost and the run seemed clean.

Wierd!

Well i suppose I can understand how a loose connector could do that! What have you been shooting for a an A/F using the gas scale?

well I could not start tuning it because I found that the TA performance 3" Dp waste gate was stuck!

This could have caused devastation!
