tt5.6 & 5.7 is there a diffrence

I was wondering if anyone can tell me if thier is a diffrence between tt5.6 and the 5.7. im running a older red armstrong and I want to update for more adjustability. thx

The 5.6 doesn't exist anymore, as it was replaced by 5.7.
