Tubing bender ?'s

Anyone ever make their own? I am talking about the big tubing like for roll cages and what not.

I would like to set one up that is hydraulic. I've looked at the pro tool ones and they are pretty pricey... I am considering just building my own and buying the dies.

I would like to be able to make 180* bends and have it hydraulic.

Any advice?

Go to racing junk and do a search on tubing bender. There is a guy in tuscon who sells plans to make your own for $200. I think his email is bmc_az@yahoo.com. A good rollcage or tube chassis is made from 1 5/8 tubing and this guys machines will do it.
