Would be helpful to know your mods, how fast, boost level, etc.

You'll get a lot of differing opinions here.

AC Delco CR43TS gapped at .035 under 20psi or CR42TS for higher boost, used to be popular until quality went down hill. Now days Autolite 24's (23's if running higher than 20psi) or NGK UR-5's gets a lot of votes. .035 gap is common. At higher boost some tighten the gap to prevent blowing out the spark. Again, you'll have all kinds of opinions on this particular subject.

You might try pulling up a chair and do a search. Many threads on this subject.

Ya I new I was going to get a lot of feed back just what was seeing what's working for others. But I think I got what I'm going to go with thx

I'm using r42t plugs gapped at .032 , Valvoline VR-1 10w30 and half a bottle of zddp. I use trcustom's turbo protector which includes a canton billet aluminum oil filter but before that I ran a napa gold oil filter. I believe they're made by WIX.

I use autolite 23s gapped at .32 and Valvoline vr-1 10/30....22psi w/no probs..
