i am looking for a little help, i bought my gn last month and am trying to make a connection to the big stuff 3 system with my laptop. i downloaded the software from big stuff and when i connect to car i get ...com port not available
i realize there is no connection and this may be very simple but if i can get some info on this it would be very helpful

Choose different com ports until one works. Then remember the one that worked
